DK Holding Investments, s.r.o. ("DKHI") is a holding company that holds shares in its subsidiaries and participates in the financing of the companies comprising the ENERGO-PRO Group.

ENERGO - PRO a.s., is a leading provider of electricity distribution and a renewable energy producer. Its main activities are located in Bulgaria, Georgia, Türkiye and Spain. It also focuses on developing its hydropower business in Latin America.

ENERGO-PRO Czechia s.r.o operates two run-of-the-river hydropower plants with a total installed capacity of 10 MW in the Czech Republic.

Bilsev Enerji Üretim VE Ticaret A.Ş. operates the dam and hydropower plant Karakurt in Türkiye. The hydropower plant is of 97 MW installed capacity.

Berta Enerji Elektrik Üretim Sanayi VE Ticaret A.Ş. develops a project of a hydropower plant Maydencik in Türkiye.
