ENERGO-PRO Green Finance s.r.o. (the "Issuer") has appointed J&T BANKA a.s. and UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia a.s. (the "Lead Co-Managers") to place a new issue of green secured bonds with an expected volume of CZK 2,500,000,000 with the possibility of increasing up to CZK 3,500,000,000 and with a maturity of 5 years (the "Bonds"), which will be issued under Czech law.
