Receptionist

We are looking for a receptionist for our small office in the Palladium business centre in Prague 1. We expect the candidate to be enthusiastic, eager to learn new things, presentable in appearance and demeanour, diligent and progressively independent. Reception is our calling card, and we pride ourselves on a good first impression. Likewise, at our reception, our colleagues help with routine and more demanding administrative tasks. We value the work of others as we know that everyone in our office is good at something, and our front desk is the best one at administration and supports our top management, which among other things is based in Prague.

Job Description

  • Activities associated with the run of the reception – welcoming visitors (we usually don't have many), including providing refreshments; answering phone calls; receiving mail and parcels (no need to worry, we are not a delivery service),
  • the associated care of our little kitchen so that nothing is missing and everything works smoothly,
  • taking care of and keeping the common areas and meeting rooms in a presentable condition – we want everyone to feel comfortable by us, including ourselves,
  • administrative support for colleagues in the office – scanning or copying, preparing, managing and filing documents, preparing spreadsheets, materials (depending on the skill of the candidate),
  • arranging business trips – buying flights, booking accommodation, arranging transportation, etc.,
  • running routine errands – mail, small purchases, etc.,
  • performing ad hoc tasks – every day is different, there is a lot going on and the reception helps us with this.

What We Expect

  • Willingness to help others, helpful and kind behaviour.
  • Communication skills in Czech and English (both in written and verbal form).
  • Organizational skills, diligence, independence, attention to detail.
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
