Job Description

Preparation of legal documentation mainly in the areas of corporate, contract, commercial, employment and real estate law.
Preparation of legal research and analyses for specific projects handled by ENERGO-PRO Group companies.
Providing legal support to the management and internal departments within the Group.
Preparation of legal documents related to general meetings and meetings of boards of directors of companies.
Monitoring of changes in legislation and ensuring the organisation's compliance with all relevant laws.

University degree in law from a Czech university.
Interest in personal growth and further education in the profession – we will teach you a lot of new things and we will be happy to learn too.
Good knowledge of the current legislation (especially the Civil Code, Commercial Corporations Act).
Independence, diligence, reliability and logical thinking.
Excellent communication skills in Czech language (written and verbal) and good knowledge of English.
Ability to deal with legal issues in the context of the company's economic, business and development plans.
Loyalty to the company.
Flexibility and adaptability to new things.
Starting from 1 September 2024 or by agreement.
